Terms And Conditions (2023)

  1. You confirm that you are of legal age when purchasing from Derma Roller Philippines and assume responsibility for any harm or adverse reactions resulting from improper use, handling, contraindications, lifestyle, or allergies.
  2.  Always consult with your dermatologist before embarking on any new skin treatment
  3. For minors (under 17), parental/guardian consent is required before purchase.
  4. Order Form Basis, All updated/corrected order forms must be submitted no more than 12 hours after payment; Any correction thereafter will be considered as void or invalid.
  5. Proof of payment must be sent either via EmailViber, or Facebook Page Message.
  6. Vitamins Serums are exclusive only in our Packages and Previous Customers, if nonclient, min of 2 pieces are required.
  7. IMPORTANT: Courier delays are strictly beyond our control.  (read Shipping Policy)
  8. Before accepting the package from the delivery agent or rider, You have a responsibility to check the quantity and the correctness of your order; Any dispute after 24 hours will be deemed invalid. 
  9. All orders were checked before shipping. (Order Form Basis).
  10. No Return No Refund No Change of Mind Policy. (R.A. 7394),
  11. All products have a corresponding replacement warranty coverage (for factory defects only), starting on the date of receipt of your shipment.
  12. We will shoulder the shipping cost that will incur during the replacement process. Click here
  13. Refunds or disputes will only be granted once shipment/order was returned to us due to logistical problems that are caused by an error of one of our team. (logisitcal problems due to delivery agent or customers fault are not included.)
  14. Refunds or disputes will be granted once proven the product has a factory defect.
  15. Refunds or disputes for Lazada and Shopee orders are all subject to approval. please read: Click for Shopee, Click for Lazada
  16. Lazada and Shopee have their own Refund/Return process procedure, please contact them for more information.
  17. For mishandled or improper use of the product leading to irreplaceable or simple damages refund is not applicable.
  18. Change of orders is strictly not allowed once the order was received after 12 hours.
  19. Refund will take approx 15-30 days processing time, still subject to reviews and approval.
  20. Paid orders are final. For cancellation of unpaid orders please notify us as soon as possible. 
  21. We constantly monitor Fraudulent and Bogus Transactions; 
  22. We are partnered with a reputable law firm to protect both company and customers’ interests.
  23. For meetups (Cash on Pickup, Office Pick up) in Metro Manila, the booking cut-off time is 10 pm. (not available)
  24. Same-day delivery is accepted, and corresponding processing and delivery fees apply.
  25. Lalamove, Grab, or other legal third-party couriers are all accepted, and corresponding processing and delivery fees apply.
  26. We, Derma Roller Philippines have all the rights to cancel a transaction/s if it violates the Terms & Conditions of our shop.

Shipping Policy

ATTENTION: DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS IN ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERIES, THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

  • Derma Roller Philippines offers a “Pay Today, Ship Tomorrow” service for business days, excluding ECQ, MECQ, and GCQ.
  • All paid orders are final and will be validated, printed, packed, and shipped the following day. Any revision or additional requests will not be entertained after the order is placed.
  • Our team carefully handles, sanitizes, and secures all orders with bubble wrap, before shipping.
  • Shipping is available from Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays for Lazada and Shopee orders. Shipping partners include LBC, Lazada, Shopee, DHL, and EMS.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows: 1-2 working days for Metro Manila via LBC (with free shipping), 2-3 working days for GMA, Luzon, Metro Visayas, Metro Mindanao, LBC Provincial Branch Pick up via LBC (with free shipping), 3-5 working days for Provincial and Remote Areas via LBC (with free shipping), and 7-15 working days for international orders via LBC, DHL, or UPS (with additional shipping fee).
  • Shipping dates posted on Lazada and Shopee are estimates only, and any shipping concerns for these orders must be addressed with Lazada and Shopee customer support.
  • Once shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to customers via email or on our Facebook page.

  • 1-2 WORKING DAYS – Metro Manila via LBC, (FREE SHIPPING)
  • 2-3 WORKING DAYS -GMA, Luzon, Metro Visayas, Metro Mindanao, LBC Provincial Branch Pick up via LBC, (FREE SHIPPING)
    3-5 WORKING DAYS –  Provincial, Remote Areas via LBC, (FREE SHIPPING)
  • 7-10 WORKING DAYS – International via LBC,  DHL or UPS (With Shipping Fee)
  • Once shipped, all Tracking Numbers will either be sent to you via email or on our Facebook Page
  • It is important to note that any delays in delivery by the courier are beyond our control.
  • We understand that delays in online orders can be frustrating, but please rest assured that we will be available to assist you throughout the process.
  • We encourage customers experiencing delays in their orders to contact LBC Hotline at 02 8585-999 and provide their tracking number for assistance.
  • For orders placed through Lazada and Shopee, customers should contact their respective customer support for real-time tracking information.
  • Transit times for international orders are only ETA and shipping rates apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by customs at the destination country.
  • We will closely monitor and follow up on any logistical delays for all orders as necessary.
  • Our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction and we will do everything in our power to ensure that orders are delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible, given that the provided details and delivery address are accurate.

Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage: Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty, with the exception of manual microneedling and tools, which are covered by a 6-month warranty. Soaps, serums, and other consumable items are not covered by this warranty.
  2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer themselves, or damages incurred from third-party repairs or product opening. In such cases, the warranty shall be considered null and void.
  3. Expired Warranty: In the event that the warranty period has lapsed, the customer will be responsible for paying for any repair or replacement fees, including shipping costs.
  4. Claim Requirements: All warranty claims must include a valid official receipt/order number and date of purchase, and must be submitted through a dispute form along with a video proof of the issue to prevent fraudulent and abusive warranty claims. Submit here.
  5. Claim Review and Transactions: All warranty claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt, and all transactions will be conducted through shipping. Walk-in claims will not be entertained.
  6. Superseding Clause: This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranties and is subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policy (2023)

  1. Derma Roller Philippines (dermarollerphilippines.com) is an E-commerce platform that generally does not involve the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information of individuals.
  2. Derma Roller Philippines recognizes the importance of privacy and the confidentiality of personal information, and is committed to complying with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
  3. This Privacy Policy applies to all website visitors, customers, and the products and services provided by Derma Roller Philippines.
  4. We may collect, use, and disclose information in relation to our services in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.
  5. This Privacy Policy also applies to the use of our services and products via mobile devices, desktops, 3rd party apps, and mobile applications.
  6. Data may remain in our system’s backup files, which will be deleted periodically.

  8. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send a confirmation once the information has been deleted.

Collection of Information

  1. Information including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and email address that will be use to process product order and services may be collected at the time or before purchasing on the site and or other payment platforms and marketplace.
  2.  We don’t keep or have a direct access to your credit card numbers, bank accounts. All payments done online are secured and encrypted via Paypal, Ipay88 and other 3rd party payment site.
  3. By providing any Personal Data to us, you authorize us to collect, retain, and use that Personal Data for the following purposes: verifying your identity for future references, facilitating delivery and shipping, providing customer service and responding to your queries, marketing purposes, and handling claims or disputes.
